About TRTP therapy with Thrive Counselling
TRTP is a powerful form of counselling pioneered by Judith Richards, that achieves permanent results in just a few sessions.
Thrive Counselling is here to help you:
- Feel calm, grounded, empowered, motivated and confident again.
- Recapture your zest for life.
- To be open to new opportunities & challenges.
- Reconnect with your social circle and build meaningful friendships.
- Let go, have fun, and adopt the power of positive thinking
- Step into a brighter, more creative future. To choose life & not to continue in shut down, survival mode.
Our past has influenced our present, but it need not dictate our future.
The best part of life is when you overcome challenges and doubts, that once looked as though everything was just impossible.

How much does TRTP therapy cost?
After your FREE 45-minute initial consultation, your three TRTP sessions are a single package cost, based on an hourly rate of $90/hour (inc GST). Each one is tailored to suit your individual needs. A free follow-up consultation at the 1 month and 3 month mark is also included in this package.
Most people complete TRTP in three sessions, with each one lasting approx 2.5 hours. Some people might require an extra session, if issues are more complex or they have additional needs. Whether you need three, four, or five TRTP sessions, the cost is the same: any extra meetings are included in your package cost, at no extra charge.
It's really important that you complete all three main sessions in the TRTP programme, or the process will not work. A positive outcome relies not only on a qualified Practitioner, but it's also essential that you fully, positively and proactively engage in the TRTP process.
